Ingredients:
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth
Mix the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract thoroughly in a different bowl
Mix in a small handful of salt and the mini chocolate chips with the cookie dough mixture
Use tiny paper cups to line a mini muffin tin
A teaspoon of the melted chocolate should be added to each paper cup, spreading the chocolate to form a cup shape along the sides
To set, freeze for ten minutes
After the chocolate cups are set, put a teaspoon of the cookie dough mixture into each one
To seal the cups, place another teaspoon of melted chocolate on top of the cookie dough
The chocolate cups should be chilled for at least thirty minutes in order for them to solidify
When the paper cups are carefully taken out of the chocolate cups, they are prepared for consumption!
