Ingredients:

- 5 lbs Little Potatoes, halved
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Little Potatoes, crumbled Bacon, shredded Cheddar Cheese, chopped Red Onion, and chopped Fresh Parsley
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Dijon Mustard, and White Wine Vinegar until well combined
Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and gently toss to coat everything evenly
Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld
