Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper
Add chicken tenders to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade
Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add the marinated chicken tenders to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown
